Couples Counseling

My approach to working with couples is strengths-based, systems-centered, intuitive, co-creative, acceptance and attachment-focused with polyvagal nervous system co-regulation. Couples counseling can support emotional attunement, conscious communication, conflict resolution, sexual intimacy, and cellular satisfaction. I work with couples of all genders, sexual orientations, and relationship structures.

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy

Psychedelic-assisted therapy is an evidence-based intervention that can effectively treat anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and post-traumatic stress. My approach to working with psychedelics is focused on education and harm-reduction, empowering individuals to make safe, informed, person-centered, and wise choices for themselves as they explore non-ordinary states of consciousness for the purpose of healing, growth, and transformation.

*In the state of Colorado, therapeutic off-label use of Ketamine is regulated by medical prescribers and the personal use of Psilocybin Mushrooms and Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) is legalized for adults 21+ in accordance with the Natural Medicine Act.

Death Doula Counseling

I support people who are dying and their loved ones with death doula and celebrant services, end-of-life reflective counseling, ritual crafting, reiki and sound therapy, home cleansing, and medical aid-in-dying (MAiD) education. My approach is grounded in compassion, liberation, presence, and love. Death counseling can help people with terminal illness or who are receiving palliative and hospice care to reduce physical pain, ease psychological distress, and find a sense of peace in their dying process.

*In the state of Colorado, eligible individuals with a terminal illness and prognosis of six months or less to live now have access to request and self-administer medical aid-in-dying medication in order to voluntarily end one’s life in accordance with the End-of-life Options Act.

Post-Partum Healing

I offer in-home sessions for people who are seeking hands-on support during the 40 days after birth and up to 12 months postpartum. My approach incorporates herbalism, belly wrapping, ayurvedic yoga massage and acupressure, reiki energy healing, home cleansing, partner practices, and ritual songs for protection and nourishment. Babies and partners are encouraged to be present during the sessions to support nervous system co-regulation, secure attachment development, and pelvic healing.

*These sessions are safe and suitable for all people postpartum, for those who experienced C-sections and vaginal births.

Yoga Immersions

I offer personalized meditation retreats and yoga immersions for individuals, couples, and groups who are seeking deeper healing, transformation, and rites of passage. My approach is intentional, holistic, seasonally-focused, colorful, process-oriented, and grounded in the subtle energetics of active relaxation. Each immersion is a unique experience and may include nature-based meditation, breathwork, restorative yoga, expressive art, plant medicine, sound healing, silent reflection, and ritual dance. Sessions for preparation and integration are often an essential part of the process.

Teacher Training

I facilitate a transformational journey and yoga teacher certification that empowers people to unearth their body’s innate wisdom and offer their unique gifts to the world. My curriculum is rooted in the teachings of Karma, celebrating alignment and integrity through earth-centric movement, mindfulness, community, ritual arts, and service. Through exploring anatomy and physiology, ancient philosophy, modern neuroscience, psycho-spiritual ethics, and adaptive yoga practices, students are empowered to become love in action and lead their own lives with greater clarity and intuition.

*Training cohorts are held for 4-8 students, and we meet in various locations within Metro Denver, Colorado. Graduates from the program will be qualified to register as a 200-hour teacher with Yoga Alliance.

Culture Consulting

I provide psycho-social education and consulting services for groups and individuals who are working to create a positive cultural shift within their corporations, organizations, and communities. My approach is embodied, experiential, whole-hearted, playful, and rooted in social justice and environmental health. I work with teams and leaders who are ready to move into greater alignment, awaken a deeper sense of meaning and fulfillment in their work, grow more rooted in relationship with each other, and create a positive shift in their professional life and the world.
